Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

QuickCuts, Inc. ("QuickCuts," "we," "us," or "our") operates the QuickCuts customer app, barber app, and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. QuickCuts is a neutral technology platform that connects customers with independent barbers; barbers are independent contractors, and QuickCuts is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or conduct.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only as needed:

3A. Support Access to Your Account

If you contact QuickCuts support, an authorized support representative may need to view your account in order to help you. When that happens:

We never store your full card number or bank account number. Those are held by Stripe, our payment processor. QuickCuts stores only the last four digits and the card brand, which is what appears on your receipts.

3B. Payment and Hold Information

When you accept a price, an authorization hold is placed on your payment method. We record that a hold exists, its amount, and whether it was later captured or released. We do not receive or store your full payment credentials at any point in that process.

3C. AI Support Assistant

In-app support is answered by an automated assistant. You should know how it works before you use it.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Booking history is retained for 2 years for receipt and dispute purposes. Support conversations, including voice recordings and transcripts, are retained for up to 12 months so we can resolve disputes and improve support quality. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us, or delete your account directly in the app under Profile, or at quickcuts.hair/delete-account.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at quickcuts@quickcuts.hair or call (801) 877-1549.

5A. California Residents

If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request that we delete it, to request a copy of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The companies listed in Section 3 process data on our behalf in order to run the service: payments, infrastructure, notifications, and support. They do not process it for their own marketing.

To make a request, contact quickcuts@quickcuts.hair. We will verify your identity using the email address and phone number on your account before acting on it.

6. Children's Privacy

QuickCuts is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), Firebase Authentication, and Stripe for payment security. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
