Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your QuickCuts account and personal data at any time. Here's how, and exactly what happens.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the QuickCuts app (customer or barber).
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.
Barbers: you must finish any active job and cash out your remaining balance before deleting, so you're never left with money owed to you.
Can't access the app?
Email us from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you within 30 days:

What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email, phone number, and login
- Saved payment cards and payout details
- Profile photos and any uploaded documents (e.g. barber license)
- Your active subscription (automatically cancelled)
What we keep, and why
To meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations, we retain a minimal record of completed transactions (dates and amounts) with your personal information removed. These records are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
